We will attempt to reach you as quickly as possible when we receive an e-mail. After RPS receives the preliminary e-mail, one of our investigators, will contact you with the one of the phone numbers provided on the submitted form. With the initial phone call, our investigator will book a time and date to meet with you.
On the meeting date, 2 or 3 of our investigators will arrive to meet and do an initial walkthrough of the site, and from there, RPS will set up an investigation date and answer any additional questions.
